Do you provide the truck?

No. We are labor-only. You provide the truck or U-Haul, and we load/unload.

Do you work with U-Haul, U-Box, PODS, and containers?

Yes. We load and unload all containers, including U-Box, PODS, and storage units.

What is required to book?

A 50% deposit to secure your appointment. Balance due at the end of the move.

How are moves billed?

Hourly rates: 2 movers $250/hr, 3 movers $275/hr. 2-hour minimum.

What if my move runs longer than expected?

You pay for all time worked. Movers track time, but you must track your time-budget and tell us when to stop.

Do you pack?

Yes. Packing services are $100/hr for 2 packers. Supplies available at booking.

Can I add equipment?

Yes. Dollies, straps, blankets, shrink wrap, tool kit, and bundles are all available.

Do you sell U-Haul supplies?

Yes. Boxes, mattress bags, wrap, pads, tape, and more. We can bring everything to your move.

Do I need to reserve parking?

Yes. You must provide safe access and parking/loading space. This prevents extra time and fees.

Do you move heavy items?

Yes. Oversized item fees range from $25–$75. Some items may be declined for safety.

Do you work in bad weather?

We work in most weather. Extreme conditions may require rescheduling for safety.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Customer-packed boxes travel at customer's risk.

How far do you travel?

We serve Great Falls and surrounding areas. Additional mileage fees may apply outside city limits.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Card, Cash App, Venmo, Square, and invoice. Balance due immediately after the move.

Can I change my move date?

Yes. Rescheduling is free if done 48+ hours in advance.

What if I cancel my move?

Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. Earlier cancellations receive a refund.

Can you disconnect or reconnect appliances?

We can assist with basic unplugging but cannot handle plumbing, gas lines, or electrical hookups.

Do you assemble and disassemble furniture?

Yes. We bring a tool kit if added. Some specialty items may require additional time.

Do you move TVs?

Yes. TVs must be boxed or padded. TV kits available for purchase.

Do you move safes or gun safes?

Yes, depending on weight. Fees apply. Some oversized safes may require special equipment or may be declined.

How early do you arrive?

We give a 1-hour arrival window. Crew texts when en route.

Do movers take breaks?

Minimal breaks. Break time is still on the clock.

Should I tip movers?

Optional but appreciated. Typical tip: $10–$25 per mover, depending on job size.

Do you wrap furniture?

Yes. Shrink wrap and blankets available as add-ons.

How do I prepare before movers arrive?

Clear walkways, pack items tightly, label boxes, and secure pets/kids for safety.

Can you move plants?

Yes, but plants travel at customer's risk. Temperature changes may affect them.

Do you handle last-minute moves?

Yes, when openings are available. Same-day/next-day slots fill fast.

Can I ride in the truck?

No. You must travel separately as we are labor-only.

Do you move items upstairs?

Yes. Stair fees may apply depending on flights and distance.

What happens if something breaks?

Notify the crew immediately. We are insured and handle claims based on coverage type.

Can movers refuse unsafe items or locations?

Yes. Safety of crew and property comes first.

Do you offer flat rates?

Most moves are hourly; U-Box load/unload is flat $250.

Do you move in the winter?

Yes, unless conditions make it unsafe (ice, extreme cold, storms).
